AXMIN Appoints Janina Dusza as Chief Financial Officer

AXMIN’s board of directors has appointed Ms. Janina Dusza as chief financial officer. In addition, Judy Webster manager investor relations has been promoted to vice president,investor relations.
Ms. Janina Dusza has more than sixteen years of financial experience working for both, private and public companies. In addition to her financial reporting experience, Ms. Dusza has a well acknowledged auditing experience primarily in the resource sector with Pricewaterhouse Coopers in Toronto. Ms. Dusza has advanced knowledge of Canadian GAAP and IFRS regulations. Most recently, Ms. Dusza was AXMIN’s corporate controller since June, 2009 and previous to that she practiced as an independent financial consultant along with auditing experience and accounting positions in Mid-North Engineering Services and Europe Bound. Ms. Dusza received her BComm in Accounting from the Ryerson Polytechnic University and also holds a CPA designation.
