Potash America Forms Advisory Board, Appoints Jeff Adams as First Member

Potash America, Inc. (PTAM) has formed an advisory board and made its first appointment.
“We have established this advisory board to assist in the exploration, development and commercialization of fertilizer-oriented projects. We hope to bring together a group of talented, experienced and project-driven members,” said president and CEO Barry Wattenberg.
PTAM has also appointed Jeff Adams to the board. Mr. Adams brings more than 30 years of experience in the marketing and valuation of mining properties. Canadian-based Mr. Adams has participated in the companies’ prospective acquisition of both the Newfoundland property and the Mineral County, Nevada property.
“Jeff brings years of deal-making experience and valuation knowledge to our group. We appreciate his enthusiasm and the broad range of contacts that he brings to PTAM,” said Wattenberg.
