Sandvik has selected Logility Voyager Solutions to drive enhanced visibility across its global supply chain, improve inventory and demand planning, and elevate its customer service.
Voyager Solutions will be deployed at Sandvik Mining and Construction, a business area within Sandvik with operations in more than one hundred and thirty countries, offering the world’s widest range of equipment for rock drilling, rock excavation, processing, demolition and bulk-materials handling. Its large network of manufacturing facilities and world-wide distribution requires advanced supply chain software to ensure inventory is placed correctly and capacity is balanced across the system. Identifying the need for more advanced demand planning, inventory management and supply planning, Sandvik Mining and Construction embarked on a supply chain transformation project and turned to Logility Voyager Solutions to underpin the company’s efforts.
