Remember The Miners has partnered with Nathan “Bamm Bamm” Bryant. The renowned MMA fighter will be debuting his support for Remember The Miners during the sold-out NAAFS Caged Fury 16 Fight on January 28, 2012 at the Waterfront Place Hotel.

Proceeds from this partnership will benefit the Remember The Miners Scholars Program, which is awarded twice annually to students pursuing higher education in the mining industry. Specifically, Bamm’s partnership and resulting donations will sponsor one Scholar from Summersville, WV, the hometown of the MMA fighter.

“We’re excited for Bamm to join us in supporting the mining community. While we welcome partners from all across the country, Bamm’s roots in West Virginia make his support that much more meaningful,” said Jason Parsons, director of Remember The Miners.

“Remember The Miners has been very successful in uniting the coal community through its grassroots efforts. I am excited to join the team in building a stronger community and educating our future,” said Bamm.
